This flat salary will include on site trainings, managing taxation and compliance, giving bonuses to keep resources motivated and managing IT Equipment. If a team size exceeds from 20 resources, we offer purpose built office offices that increases ROI.

Infosynex helps by connecting the top talent who has the past experience within the same industry and same location so that we can expedite the hiring process.

If the employee is in probation period, we can give him 5 days’ notice. If the employee is a permanent employee, we need to give him minimum 15 days’ notice and maximum 30-day notice.
